    Industrial application of intelligent control algorithm in separation of coarse slime with fluidized-bed separator

    • Owing to the fact that the tradition PID control mode can hardly adapt to the complicate operating conditions of coal preparation plant due to its low accuracy and stability,a fuzzy PID intelligent control system is specifically designed.The system designed based on the fluidization characteristics of the separation process in combination with the king view component can realize online real-time remote monitoring of the separating process.Application of the intelligent system for the control of the LCH-2400water-medium fluidized-bed coarse slime separator operating in Xinyi plant,Hegang city has met with great success.As evidenced by result of industrial application,the control system is easy to operate and quick in response,making it possible for the separator to operate with a much higher efficiency at lower operating cost.Its application proves to be capable of meeting the automatic control requirements placed by coal preparation plant and is of great significance to the enhancement of the automation level of such plants.
