    The coarse slime separation system at Yangcheng Mine Washery underwent process re-adjustment and equipment optimization

    • High loss of clean coal and excessively high concentration of cyclone feed are the troubles confronted by the washery due to presence of excessive quantity of coarser particles in spitzkasten overflow.In order to tackle this problem,readjustment and optimization of the process and equipment are carried out for the coarse slime separation system.Results of test indicates that after renovation,the fluidized-bed separator can now work with a sharpness of separation of 0.07 and an organic efficiency of 95.44%,allowing,therefore,an increase of the total yield of clean coal by 1.75 percentage points.
