Notes on the scheme of SKT jig high-pressure air purification

The trouble with the solenoid valve and other pneumatic elements frequency occurs during jigging operation in part of coal preparation plants.For tackling this problem,an investigation is made proceeding from the enhancement of the purity of high-pressure air.Based on an analysis of the high-pressure air purification methods currently in common use,3 feasible purification schemes are proposed and applied on a 16 m² SKT jig by way of example.A detailed analysis and comparison is made in the paper of the 3schemes proposed.The schemes provided a valuable reference for ensuring the normal jigging operation.
