Enhancement of coal quality control to create high quality products

Strengthening management of coal quality is of great significance for improving product quality and enhancing the economic benefits of enterprise. In order to guarantee products quality in Zhaogu No. 1mine coal preparation plant,management mechanism was established by introduction of advanced scientific management system and perfection of methods of coal quality monitoring; in addition,other measures has been taken,including enhancement of incentive mechanism and personnel training as well as improvement of staff quality awareness etc. all of these have brought great achievement in products quality and economic benefit of enterprise.
