Application research on equipment conditions monitoring system in coal preparation plant

Equipment conditions monitoring system based on wireless sensor network in coal preparation plant is introduced,which is designed with the help of IAR Embedded Workbench,Z-Stack protocol stack function,hardware platform CC2530 produced by IT Company according to compatible Zig Bee2007 protocol. The system is characterized by clusters topological structure and monitor equipment successfully. When working,it can analyze collected temperature and acceleration to offer equipment condition reports,and then give proposed scheme for equipment maintenance. It can not only avert all kinds of faults from traditional industry bus network,but also improve information intelligence level of enterprise.
