Optimization solution to scraper conveyor for lump coal distribution in Selian coal preparation plant

In consideration of blocking frequently discharge end of scraper conveyor for raw coal distribution,which is caused by the raw coal easy to degradation in water and by breakable lump coal,a series of measures are taken to solve the problem and guarantee production,such as adding back plate for coal,wash pipe etc. all of these improve the amount of feed raw coal and quality of clean coal,as well as obtain better economic benefit.
