Application of hydrocyclone with three taper angles in jigging process

To reduce ash content of coarse coal slime,improve stability to guarantee quality of clean coal,the hydrocyclone with three taper angles is used for coarse coal slime separation system. The application shows that the ash content of coarse coal slime is decreased to 7. 25% from 10. 26%,with an increase of 4. 85% in the yield of final clean coal,which has improved economic benefits.
