Research on HW12 screen plate for granular coal recovery in Chengjiao coal preparation plant and its application

To control granular coal undersize fraction caused by screen aperture blocking of sizing screen in chengjiao coal preparation plant,HW12 screen plate is researched and developed,which is suitable for coal sizing at 8 mm. The application shows that the screening efficiency of this plate is up to between 86% and 91%,with less than 10% aperture blocking ratio and more than six month service life. It has improved efficiently granular coal undersize fraction.
