Application of teetered bed separator （TBS） based on expert control system

In order to improve yield of clean coal and separate coarse slime effectively,TBS based on expert control system is employed to separate coarse slime 1-0. 25 mm in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant,and then its key operation is introduced. The application shows that built four-stage coal preparation processes can significantly improve the yield of clean coal,which provides a new method of TBS in modification on coarse coal slime system.
