Application of flotation technology for low-rank thermal coal in Yanjiahe coal preparation plant

In order to improve ability to handle raw coal,reduce limit of feed for thermal coal,on the basis of laboratory flotation test of coal slime,the industrial test is performed in coal preparation plant. The results show that better products are obtained,with higher content of ash in tailings,and with higher yield and recovery of combustibles,higher as received basis net calorific value in flotation concentrate,which can be mixed with thermal coal for sale.
