Research and application of rapid ash forecasting method for clean coal based on float-and-sink analysis

In order to conduct rapid ash forecasting for clean coal objectively,perform better production,analyzing yield and ash of floats in raw coal and clean coal respectively,the rapid ash forecasting method for clean coal based on float-and sink analysis is developed,reliability of which is tested through application in coal preparation plant. The application shows that this simple method can quickly forecast ash of clean coal,which is instructed,and can be reference for other plants.
