Analysis of category of coal slime flotation agents and optimal dosage in Tunlan coal preparation plant

In order to improve efficiency of coal slime flotation,reduce cost in Tunlan coal preparation plant,reagent test and its optimal dosage are investigated by collecting agent kerosene,ZFC emulsified oil,frothing reagent 2-octanol. The results show that coal slime flotation by ZFC emulsified oil is better than by kerosene; and it can be treated best under condition of 1 000 g/t ZFC emulsified oil,90 g/t 2-octanol,with 94. 35% recovery of combustibles of flotation concentrate and 49. 72% perfect index of flotation.
