Design characteristics of belt conveyor tension device in Hulusu coal preparation plant

The selection and layout of tension device have some impacts on the design of belt conveyor.It is an important issue in the design of coal dressing engineering to choose the tension device of the belt conveyor and rationally allocate according to the real working condition. Based on the functions,classification and technicalfeatures of belt conveyor tension device,the design characteristics of the tension device in the Hulusu coal preparation plant is analyzed,so as to provide certain reference for other similar coal preparation plant design.
