Design of automatic control system for jet emulsification device of flotation reagent

To add flotation reagent accurately and make them disperse availably,based on structural features and technological process of jet emulsification device of flotation reagent,major control points of the system are determined; and then according to actual operation,determined software and hardware,automatic control system for then jet emulsification device of flotation reagent is designed by advanced computing method and control mode. The application shows that the multifunctional system can control accurately and save dosage of added reagent.
