Improvement in flotation concentrate dewatering technology in Yongjin coal preparation plant

in order to reduce the moisture of flotation concentrate in Yongjin coal preparation plant,dewatering process by horizontal screen bowl centrifuge ＆ quick- open filter press is replaced by only quick- open filter press with optimized working conditions,while scraper conveyor is altered by belt conveyor.After technological improvement,the moisture of flotation concentrate is decreased to 20. 30% from 25. 50%,and then the moisture of clean coal products is dropped to 18. 20% from 21. 50%,which satisfies production.
