Analysis of two coal flotation cleaning processes

While two- stage flotation process for coal slime ＆ two- stage recovery technology for clean coal slime is used in Gengyang coal preparation,cleaning process for all coal slime is employed in Panyi coal preparation. According to production data,comparing separation effect between plus 0. 045 mm slime and minus 0. 045 mm materials,the former technology is appropriate for the minus 0. 045 mm materials,and the latter is only applied to high- ash fine slime.
