Research on industrial application of three taper angles hydrocyclone used for separating coarse slime in Lvjiatuo coal preparation plant

In consideration of lower separation efficiency of heavy medium cyclone system caused by worse desliming result of hydrocyclone used for separating more coarse slime with more fines in Lvjiatuo coal preparation plant,which will result in having difficulty controlling ash of clean coal and high medium consumption,according to laboratory and field test,coarse coal slime separation technology is designed by analysis of structure and working principle of hydrocyclone. The application shows that this technology can serve coarse coal slime well with higher capacity of washing raw coal,reducing medium consumption.
