Practice of reducing moisture content of clean coal in Xingcun mine coal preparation plant

In order to solve problem caused by high moisture of clean coal in Xingcun mine coal preparation plant,based on the analysis of coal washing system,the methods reducing moisture content are made by adding vibration motor of fine coal sieve bend,changing sieve plate of vibrating screen,with a control of raw coal feeding amount and an increase in rotating speed of fine clean coal centrifuge. The result shows that moisture content of clean coal can be lower 9%,providing a powerful guarantee for the subsequent sales.
