    Analysis of application of new type gravity-fed three-product heavy medium cyclone with the functionality of pressure-separated lower density materials

    • In order to solve problem of reject carried into clean coal from gravity-fed three-product heavy medium cyclone,new type gravity-fed three-product heavy medium cyclone with the functionality of pressure-separated lower density materials is developed. Presented the features of this cyclone,such as structure,working principle,technical features and parameters,and then analyzed its application in coal preparation plant. Being features of mean probable error between 0. 03 and 0. 04 in first separation stage and that between 0. 05 and 0. 07 in second separation stage,it is valid to solve above problem,with high accuracy.
