Upgrade and improvement on heavy medium cyclone in Baguanhe coal preparation plant

In order to solve problems caused by bad separation of heavy medium cyclone,refuse carried in clean coal,insufficient pressure and breakdown of cyclone after modified heavy medium technological process in operation in Baguanhe coal preparation,ensuring normal production,some efficient measures are taken in form of adjusting technological parameter of cyclone,improving wetting method etc by analysis of origin of these problems. The application shows that these problems in operation get solved.
