Optimization and modification on second phase heavy medium separation system in Renjiazhuang coal preparation plant

In order to solve problem caused by bad separation effect and much clean coal carried in middlings in second phase heavy medium separation system of Renjiazhuang coal preparation plant,the optimization and modification on this system is made in forms of medium feed pressure and its stability,cyclone structure. The application shows that content of clean coal carried in middlings is significantly reduced,and then loss of clean coal reaches minimum.
