Practice of production commissioning on coal preparation plant in Liulin hongsheng jude coal company Ltd.

In order to solve problems caused by uneven feed of raw coal desilming screen,medium loss from clean medium draining screen,coal leakage of teetered bed separator in startup as well as difficult feed for pressure filter feeding pump,some measures are taken. The application shows that content of medium carried in product clean coal is reduced at the same time moisture in flotation clean coal is lowered,which has improved ability of production in coal preparation plant.
