Practice research on loading operation for outward train transportation and quality control in Chengjiao coal preparation plant

Analysis of the situation of loading operation for outward train transportation and quality control in Chengjiao Coal Preparation Plant,described the main problems,such as high strength manual labor of loading preparation,low efficiency of cleaning up compartment and raising much of coal dust harm to workers by the artificial,difficult security management,serious drop crushing of lump coal as well as low efficiency of follow-up work,etc. Therefore,related processes in loading operation for outward train transportation has been modified and improved by a series of technical and management measures. The application shows that the mechanization and automation of loading operation is achieved,which greatly brings down labor intensity of staff,guarantying safety in loading operation,reducing harm of coal dust to staff,improving loading speed and quality. It is significant for economy and society benefit.
