Development and application of multi-head air cannon flow aiding machine

The reason influencing transportation of introduced coal,which is caused by blocking of coal bunker,is analyzed according to production situation and introduced coal property in Pingdingshan ba mine coal preparation plant. In addition,transportation system of this coal and discharging process from coal bunker are also studied. On this basis,utility-type multi-head air cannon flow aiding machine is developed instead of coal unloading process by direct-current blowing air,which has greatly improve speed of transportation,reduced consumption of power.
