Practice of saving energy and reducing consumption in Babao industrial zone coal preparation plant

To further improve level of saving energy and reducing consumption in Babao industrial zone coal preparation plant,a series of measures are taken according to production situation: the optimal order of starting or stopping equipment and process of treating coal slurry are made while improving part of washing equipment and modifying partial separation process. The practice shows that throughput of raw coal in unit time is raised; energy consumption of raw coal is lowered per ton,which effectively saves energy,cut down on consumption and increase benefit.
