Design and application of easy degradation slurry treatment process in water

In order to solve the problem caused by slurry that is characterized by easy degradation in water in Wufeng coal preparation plant,desliming or non-desliming flotation effect of slurry are studied and made a comparison by analyzing properties of easy degradation slime in water to determine basic slurry treatment process. The result shows that pre-desliming flotation process is preferred for slurry treatment in the plant,which can not only reduce load of slurry treatment system,improve yield of clean coal,but lower concentration of circulating water to attain closed water circuit.
