Design and application of automatic coal blending system in Nantun mine coal preparation plant

To solve the problem of unevenly blending coal in Nantun mine coal preparation plant,automatic coal blending system is designed based on theoretical research. This paper introduces composition,control pricinple,function of this system as well as analyzes its application effect. The result shows that the automatic coal blending system can operate steadily; different coal can be blended automatically with high qualified rate,also ash content of coal blending is qualified.
