Practice of modification on raw coal screening process in Xinyao coal preparation plant

To solve the problem caused by washing raw coal with high content of moisture and clogging in dry screening,wet screening process is modified into dry screening process. The result shows that screening efficiency is increased by 35. 20 percent on average,and that medium consumption is lowered by 0. 85 kg,which improves continuity and stability of separation system as well as brings remarkable economic benefit.
