Feasibility analysis of removing coal powder from fines before separation in Halagou coal preparation plant

To solve the problems of low calorific value in mixed coal product and separating accuracy of heavy medium cyclone,high load in coal slurry separation system,poor settling effect in thickening tank and high cost of production,technology and feasibility of removing coal powder from fines before separating were analyzed in Halagou coal preparation plant. The results show that this technology is feasible,which can improve product quality and lower energy consumption.
