    Experimental research on the filter aid to improve dewatering effect of coal slime

    • To improve quality of dewatering and filtering coal slime in Jixi huarong mine coal preparation plant,fine coal slime was dewatered using condensation-type filter aid and flocculation-type filter aid in the experiment by analysis of slime physicochemical properties. The results show that the best conditions of dewatering and filtering coal slime are the joint use of Fe(NO33filter aid and PAM when dosage is 6mL respectively; filtering speed is up to 3. 33 mL/(m2·s) and minimum moisture content of filter cake is 31. 33%.
