Study on applicability of the peat humic acid dispersant used for Shenmu coal CWS

Experiments investigates the effect on Shenmu coal particle size distribution under different grinding time and the applicability of peat humic acid dispersant used for Shenmu coal CWS,which obtains: 1) using the rod mill grinding the coal with no water for 10 + 13 min in two steps,the product particle distribution: + 0. 096 mm∶-0. 074 mm = 2. 9∶ 7,which is better for Shenmu coal CWS. 2) in the three kinds of peat humic acid dispersant,NKD-3 is better to whether reducing the CWS Viscosity or improving the Stability,Especially,Eighty percent NKD-3 mixed with Twenty percent naphthalenesulfonate has better applicability for Shenmu coal CWS,the CWS with one percent mixed dispersant and forty percent water in it,whose apparent viscosity is 1 180 m Pa·s,and keeps stable for 9 days without hard precipitation.
