Application of BT model in construction of coal preparation plant

This paper briefly introduced the BT model,combined with the application of the model in the process of construction of Gemudizhongjing coal preparation plant,analyzed key points of control in the process of the project,and summarized the matters needing attention in the project implementation.The BT model provides a new way for the construction of coal preparation plant,but currently due to the related laws and regulations system is not perfect in China,this mode is still in the exploratory stage,whither using this mode in construction of coal preparation plant should comprehensive considered.
