Analysis of design characteristics of outsized Huatai coking coal preparation plant (10Mt/a)

Based on analysis of feeding raw coal quality of Huatai coal preparation plant,introduced the principle flowsheet of coal separation process,and focused on the process design,equipment selection and layout characteristics.In the plant,raw coal of each size fraction all treated by mature processes,all equipment are made by the Sino-foreign joint ventures or domestic made advanced large-scale equipment,which have the features of large treating capacity,high level of automation and high reliability,the layout reasonable and flexible production; coal storage yard is covered enclosed yard,that effectively solved the environmental problems generated due to stacking of coal.
