Application of LX-1000 silo wall small spiral chute on at Haiwan coal preparation plant

In order to reduce the breaking rate of lump coal in Haiwan coal preparation plant,considered the silo structure method and product loading mode,selected the LX-1000 silo wall small spiral chute as device of preventing lump coal breakage.The paper introduced the structure,working principle,technical features,technical parameters of the LX-1000 silo wall small spiral chute,and analyzed the actual application effect of the chute in the Haiwan coal preparation plant.The application shows that the LX-1000 silo wall small spiral chute can effectively reduce the breaking rate of lump coal,improving lump coal quality and so increasing the economic efficiency of enterprise.
