Technical reformation practice in Chengjiao coal preparation plant

In order to solve the problems of lump coal separation system and main separation system do not match,poor breaking result of lump coal and high labor intensity of hand picking post,the positive and negative rotation belt conveyor is used for reformation of the lump coal separation process,and added two sets of 2PLF90 /120 sizing toothed roll crusher to improve the lump coal breaking effect.After the optimization of lump coal separation process and crushing equipment,the lump coal separation system is fully matched with main election system,the lump coal breaking effect is increased,hand picking post labor amount is reduced,and the washing process flexibility is improved.
