Technical renovation of flotation system at Fucun coal preparation plant

In order to solve the problem existing in flotation system of Fucun coal preparation plant,the thicken flotation process was changed to the direct flotation process,and added two jet flotation machines and two quick open filter presses.The two jet flotation machines used combined with the original two mechanical agitation flotation machines used for slime flotation,and the two sets of quick open filter press used for dewatering of clean coal.Production practice indicated that after the technical renovation of flotation system,the pressure of flotation system eased,the yield of clean coal increased,the concentration of circulating water reduced,which realized the maximum utilization of resources,obtained signification economic effect.
