The effects of operating parameters of flotation column on coarse clean coal yield

In order to understand the effects of operating parameters such as concentration of pulp,dosage and type of reagent of flotation column on yield of coarse clean coal（0.25 0.5 mm）,the slurry concentration and the foaming agent were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal test.The experimental results show that the coarse coal yield has certain linear effect on the slurry concentration,while the foaming agent types has significant on coarse clean coal yield.The combination of slurry concentration and different assurgent has no obvious effect on the coarse clean coal yield.In production the selection of concentration of pulp and type of reagent should based on the specific requirement.
