Reformation of coal blending system in Sihe coal preparation plant

According to the problem existed in coal blending system in Sihe coal preparation plant,using the CQM on line coal quality meter,and make the raw feeder replaced with frequency conversion belt coal feeder,which consist of the clean coal blending system,realized the on line monitoring and inspecting the coal quality,real time direction the production and coal blending,greatly increased loading coal quality,the unqualified loading coal rate decreased from 34. 71% to 15. 53%,reduced the quality excess the standard,rational use of the coal resource,lifted the economic benefit of enterprise.
