Analysis of dense medium recovery process and improvement measures in Ertang coal preparation plant

To the problem of high consumption of dense medium in production in Ertang coal preparation plant,analyzed the production process,medium properties and factors influencing the dense medium recovery,and based on the characteristics of dense medium coal separation,presented corresponding measures,by which the dense medium consumption reduced from 6. 38 kg/t in 2011 to 1. 5 kg/t in June 2013,that obtained great economic benefits.
