Research and practice of way of dewatering of flotation clean coal in Yongcheng Coal & Electric Group

To realize energy- saving and reducing the consumption,lower the equipment investment,decrease the maintenance cost and difficulty to operation,the quick open diaphragm filter press firstly used in dewatering of total flotation clean coal in Jingchuang coal preparation plant of Yongcheng coal ＆ electric group. Through series of improving measures,finally the water content of clean coal significantly reduced,which fully meet the market demand. And then the diaphragm filter press for clean coal dewatering is promoted in the Xinqiao,Yongjin and Chensilou coal preparation plants,that effectively reduced the moisture of clean coal and obtained good energy saving and consumption reduction results.
