Practice of reducing medium consumption in north part of Huaibei coal preparation plant

According to the problem of higher medium consumption in the north part of Huaibei coal preparation plant,analyzed the issues of raw coal quality,post operation and lost in the management,accordingly take the measure of "large split material and adding a large number of water"to insuring the raw coal continually and stable supplied,standard the start and stop processes of dense medium control,and increase the medium draining effect and recovery rate of magnetic separator,enhanced the management of medium powder,which methods effectively reduced the medium consumption,the medium consumption reduced from 3 kg/t to 1. 8 kg/t.
