Analysis of energy consumption of XJM-(K) S60 flotation machine

Analyzed the effect of type,rotating speed and diameter of impeller on the energy consumption of flotation machine,and based on the fresh water test conducted on the prototype of XJM-（k） S60 flotation machine,studied the relationship between the structure parameters such as air gate diameter,depth of cell body,rotating speed of impeller and agitating power of flotation machine,which provided the theoretical basis of product design of XJM-（k） S60 flotation machine.
