Research on 3GNZX300/230 double-cone pump-feed three-product dense medium cyclone

To counter the issue of separating of high- gangue content and easy to sliming raw coal,reformed the structure of traditional cyclone,designed and developed the 3GNZX300/230 double- cone pump- feed three- product dense medium cyclone,and conducted the flow field numerical simulation and laboratory experiment with coal. The research shows that for separating high- gangue content and easy to sliming raw coal,the separation result of double- cone cyclone is better than that of traditional3NZX300/230 pump- feed three- product dense medium cyclone.
