Application of XGR TBS at Zhongxin coal preparation plant

The paper introduced the structure,working principle,technical characteristics and parameters of XGR teeter bed separator,analyzed the application effects of XGR in Zhongxin coal preparation plant. Separate the 3#seam coal with the TBS,imperfection value is 0. 202,the organic efficiency is 80. 96% and average ash content of clean coal is 11. 45%,when separate the 9#seam coal,imperfection value is 0. 259,the organic efficiency is 88. 52% and average ash content of clean coal is 8. 14%,which obtained good separation effect. Based on the application practice of XGR and coarse slime system optimization situation in Zhongxin coal preparation plant,this paper put forward some suggestions for using XGR teeter bed separator.
