The practice of improving the performance of HBF-S120 hyperbaric filter

In order to solve the problems of low processing capacity,high moisture of the filter cakes and high concentration of filtrate of HBF-S120 hyperbaric filters at Halagou coal preparation plant,optimized the process system and the working parameters,and use a combination of filter cloth. After the optimization of the process system and the working parameters,the processing capacity and effect of the hyperbaric filters remarkably increased. The average discharge time reduced from 200 s to 120~150 s,the processing ability improved to 180 t/h,and the concentration of filtrate remained below 10 g/L.
