Non-linear design and research of multiple-cell floatation machine

Combined with the actual production situation of coal preparation plant,analyzed the separation process of traditional multiple-cell flotation,based on the cyclonic-static micro bubble flotation column,and put forward the nonlinear design idea of the multiple-cell flotation machine,and verified its feasibility. The test results show that the multi nonlinear design of flotation machine is favor to process optimization; the results provide certain theory basis for designing of multiple-cell flotation machine.
