Production practice of reducing medium consumption in Depei coal preparation plant

According to higher medium consumption in Depei coal preparation plant,taken a series measures of strengthening management of bend screen,medium drainage screen and magnetic separator,improving the process flowsheet of gravity separation,strengthen production management and detailed the assessment system,which effectively reduced the medium consumption.The consumption of medium reduced from 1.58 kg/t to 1.20 kg/t that obtained better social and economic benefits.
