    Comparison of dewatering mechanism of vertical frame filter press and chamber filter press

    • Compared the working principle,structure and operation process of the vertical frame filter press and chamber filter press,detailed analyzed the filtration behaviors of the two filters,resulted that the vertical frame filter press has the advantages in fine particle size material.The application of the vertical frame filter press in Liangbei coal preparation plant shows that it has the advantages of seasonable e design,high efficiency in dewatering and low water content in product,after filtration with the filter press,the water content of clean coal is 16%,and the process capacity up to 0.4 t/(m2·h).
