Finite element analysis and optimization of really bottom of XJM-S60 flotation machine

By means of numerical calculation and finite element analysis,studied and optimized the original design of really bottom of XJM-S60 flotation machine.The result shows through extending ribs and adding 8 seat plates,the stress distribution is evenly on entire bottom,significantly reduced the stress concentration at the contact point of rib and seat plate,and improved the rigidity of structure,which satisfied the requirement of the strength.
