Application of FHT/600-4936 mixing tank in Xinjulong Energy Co Ltd coal preparation plant

According to the problems of frequent accidents in production and clean coal yield decreasing in Shandong Xinjulong Co Ltd,coal preparation plant,using new mixing tank to replace the original mixing bucket. By optimizing the model mixing tank’s volume,internal structure,reflux pipe position and diameter and lining material,the rate of production accidents was decressed,the clean coal yield improved,and obtained significant economic benefits.
